COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES & AGENDAS
Town Plan Approval Committee - The Town Plan Approval Committee meets at the request of towns seeking regional approval of their duly adopted plans. After a noticed public hearing, the committee votes on a recommendation to the full board regarding regional approval in accordance with 24 V.S.A. Sec. 4340(b)(1). The NVDA board acts on that recommendation at their next quarterly board meeting.
